The interior harness is wrapped in woven fabric tape ( "cloth harness tape") with a distinctive black diagonal stripe pattern. This is a very common style in OEM and aftermarket performance harnesses because it’s flexible, abrasion-resistant, heat-resistant, gives a clean, factory-looking finish and lends itself to easy modification on the fly.
- Every sensor circuit is twisted (not just power/ground pairs – all sensor and signal wires too) for maximum EMI/RFI noise rejection and long-term flexibility in extreme vibration environments
